1. Digital Product Policy

At CDKeys4All, we specialize in providing digital products, including CD keys for games. As these products are digital and unique to each purchase, they are considered one-time use items.

2. Single User License

All digital products sold on CDKeys4All are licensed for use by a single customer only. The CD key provided upon purchase is intended for the personal use of the buyer and is not transferable.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they are one-time use items, CDKeys4All operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a CD key has been delivered and/or activated, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases, and subject to individual case conditions, we may consider refunds. Such situations may include technical issues that prevent the activation of the CD key or other extenuating circumstances.

4. Case-by-Case Refund Requests

Customers seeking a refund must contact our customer support team within 7 days of the purchase date. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. CDKeys4All reserves the right to decline a refund request if the circumstances do not meet our criteria for exceptional cases.

5. Unauthorized Use

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Any unauthorized use of CD keys or accounts may result in the suspension or termination of services without refund.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

CDKeys4All reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly.
