1. Overview
  • Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they are one-time use items, CDKeys4All operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a CD key has been delivered and/or activated, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

 2. No-Refund Policy
  •  Digital Products:All sales of CD keys are final. Upon delivery and/or activation of a CD key, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • One-Time Use: CD keys are designed for one-time use only, making them non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases, and subject to individual case conditions, we may consider refunds. These situations include, but are not limited to:

  •  Technical Issues: If there are technical issues that prevent the activation of the CD key, a refund may be considered. Proof of the issue must be provided, and the claim will be subject to verification by our technical support team.

  •  Extenuating Circumstances: Other extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers must provide detailed information and any relevant documentation to support their claim.

 4. Refund Request Process
  • Submission: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at refunds@cdkeys4all.com within 14 days of purchase. The request should include the order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

  • Review: Our customer support team will review the request and may contact the customer for additional information. The review process may take up to 14 business days.

  •  Decision: The decision to approve or deny a refund is at the sole discretion of CDKeys4All. Customers will be notified of the decision via email.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  •  Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for customers who change their mind after purchase.

  •  Compatibility Issues: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their system meets the necessary requirements to use the CD key.

  • Unauthorized Use Refunds are not available for CD keys that have been activated by someone other than the customer.
